BLUXOME STREET WINERY, WINE CLUB POLICIES

All shipments require an adult signature for delivery; therefore, we recommend using a business address. For Bluxome shipments, please notify us two weeks prior to the first of any shipment month to update your account, change your address or cancel your membership. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties will result in additional shipping charges. Will-call selections are held at the winery for six weeks after release. If wines are not claimed in that time, they will be carefully packaged and sent to your shipping address on record; shipping charges will be incurred. Membership in Bluxome’s Wine Club is ongoing but may be cancelled at any time, with written notice. A minimum of two shipments is required to qualify for membership benefits. Thereafter, you have no obligation to continue as a member.

By providing account information with any purchase, you authorize Bluxome Street Winery to charge your credit card for the cost of your selection, including shipping and any applicable taxes, at the time of each shipment. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. Membership is currently available for shipment to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY. Entering contact or credit card information on our website certifies that you are over 21 and that all information provided is true and accurate.
